Trainee / Junior - Campaignmanager

JustWatch is an international movie marketing startup based in Berlin. Founded in October 2014 by an experienced and successful team with world-class knowledge in marketing, product and AdTech we are constantly looking for passionate people to join our mission.

JustWatch offers data-driven movie marketing for the film industry. Based on user data from justwatch.com and our apps we run data-driven digital marketing campaigns for Hollywood’s latest blockbusters as well as for independent movies.

In addition, for this particular role we are looking for:

– Strong interest for online and mobile advertising
– You know what buzzwords like SEA, PPC and RTB actually mean
– Analytical and number-driven mindset
– You have a hands-on mentality and deliver results
– Not afraid to try new ideas and use new tools
– Fluent in German and English
– You enjoy watching movies and TV shows
– Initial experience in campaign management and common tools such as Google AdWords Editor and Analytics, Facebook Business Manager etc. is great but not a must

Your responsibilities:

– You will define relevant audiences based on reference films and use our internal tools to extract the corresponding user profiles from our data base
– You will set up mobile video campaigns (trailer) on YouTube, Facebook and potentially other channels for Hollywood’s newest blockbusters
– You will monitor and constantly optimize your campaigns based on defined KPIs
– You will exchange with clients regularly on currently running campaigns
– You will gather relevant insights on campaign performance by digging deep into performance KPIs and report to clients
