Our partner **Raisin** is looking for a **Team Lead Backend Engineer** for its HQ in **Berlin**.
As a Java developer here, you will be working on our online banking system together with an international team of top developers.

**Your Responsibilities:**
Lead a team of backend software engineers
Strong hands-on contribution in a cross-functional team
Lead, plan and execute technical projects in an agile environment
Providing core services and high quality solutions for a large scale online platform.

**Your Profile:**
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields or equivalent practical experience
You bring at least 3 years of leadership experience
You know how to manage software projects to a successful delivery in collaborative way
Entrepreneurial mind-set and the ability to guide teams towards a common goal in a fast-paced international environment
