We are looking for high-energy, driven Sales Consultant to join our DACH team in Berlin.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it), is to create pipeline by prospecting into churches by calling and networking. You’ll be joining a small group of people who are transforming the largest institution in the world.
The ideal candidate will be a quick-thinking professional who takes accountability for reaching their goal, and who strives to build value with a consultative approach.
This person must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically high levels of phone activity and excellent communication skills in writing, speaking and listening.
It’s a plus if you have experience with the church or related organisations and already have a good understanding of the target audience, but it’s not a requirement and in fact most people who work here are not affiliated with a church.
Genuinely enjoys listening and making a connection. Otherwise this role isn’t for you.
2+ years of business experience
Excellent communication in writing, speaking and listening
SaaS experience highly preferable
Thorough understanding of a related technology
Experience with Salesforce preferable
Native in German and fluent in English
