We are now looking for an experienced professional to take charge of our Coworking Space as Office Manager. The Office Manager serves as a central touch point for our Coworking members and has an open ear for each and every concern. The Office Manager also organizes and manages the daily operations of the Coworking Space, from office supplies to infrastrcture to budget allocation.

Your tasks:

Take care of the day-to-day operations of the Coworking Space.
Manage your budget, take care of the infrastructure and ensure that our Members have all that they need.
Develop and improve processes that will serve as role models for our other Coworking locations.
Manage a support team of receptionists and student employees.
Your profile:

You have at least two years of professional experience managing an office with at least 20 employees.
Ideally, you have had an apprenticeship as an office, tax or law clerk or in the hotel industry.
You are fluent in German and English.
You are structured and reliable and are very well-organized.
You have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and are a social person.
