About OptioPay
OptioPay is a Fintech company based in Berlin, building the world´s first payment solution software that increases the value of any kind of payments recipients receive from companies. Payment recipients are able to combine bank transfers and higher-valued gift cards to increase the actual value of the payment they receive. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Key Account Manager to help us manage our accounts.

Your Role

-You will be responsible for the onboarding process of our local and international partners and build strong relationships for potential upselling.
-You will be maintaining and directing existing relationships with key partners in the advertiser and issuer space, including proactively resolving business issues, maximizing value, and serving as an internal advocate and an external resource.
-You will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including the product and development teams, strategic and operational teams.
-You will be responsible for the entire process of onboarding clients as well as successful implementation of technical integrations and go life of accounts.
-You will be managing and tracking an onboarding and up-selling pipeline using the HubSpot CRM at all times.
-You will be maintaining a good level of accuracy using HubSpot CRM, offering transparency of all deals, contacts and companies at all times.

Requirements

-You have a proven track record of at least 2 years in the key account or client relationship management space.
-You are a relationship manager with excellent and proven project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive and cross-functional initiatives.
-You have excellent interpersonal abilities and the skills to forge strong relationships with external clients and partners as well as stakeholders, team members and management within OptioPay.
-You have an intuitive understanding of technology, product management and data driven analysis and able to deliver excellent achievements.
-You have good legal and commercial understanding, to deliver accurate and profitable results.
-You are able to demonstrate a “leading by example” attitude, showing empathy, integrity, enthusiasm, commitment and fostering collaboration and result orientated attitudes throughout organizations.
-You are in native or bilingual command of the German language and have good proven English skills in both writing and reading.
