OptioPay is a payment processor with a difference. Our software increases the value of any payment received by consumers from companies, by combining bank transfers with higher value gift cards. By integrating payments to employees or customers with effective marketing we aim to create a completely new, performance based, advertising channel. Your Role

• Be responsible for all HR-related topics at OptioPay
• To shape a comfortable and motivating organizational culture that attracts potential candidates, motivates current employees and retains top talents
• To oversee the recruiting process, manage recruiting channels, be the contact person of recruitment agencies, conduct interviews and prepare contracts
• To oversee and manage on and off boarding process
• To coordinate with Finance and Office Management with payroll related issues and help design motivating reward system
• To support the development of performance management system
• To detect learning and development needs and manage internal knowledge sharing project
• To develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement
• To oversee and manage the work permit issues for foreign employees
• To supervise HR interns and give guidance, training and feedback
• To help scale business to other European countries (eg. UK) and manage legal, compliance and localization issues
• To help implement, improve and give training of HRIS in Optiopay
• To continuously develop personal and professional skillsets and stay current with the latest industry innovations/trends

Your Profile

• You hold a Master or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, business administration or related field
• You have 2 + years of experience in the field of HR/Recruiting, preferably with fast-growing Internet start-ups
• You are fluent in both German and English and have excellent communication skills
• You are able to have open communication with team members without hiding authority and build a high level of trust with all stakeholders and become the bridge between employees and management
• You have a positive and charming aura to inspire and influence people
• You are empathic and compassionate to detect employees’ needs and maintain harmonious relationship among employees
• You have high degree of discretion and confidentiality
• You have strong time management, conflict management, negotiation and multitasking skills
• You have strong knowledge of German working law and regulations
• You have very strong people and organizational skills
• You are detail-oriented and result-driven
• You have good analytical and problem solving skills
• You have some experience with scaling business and using HRIS
