We are now looking for a professional to take care of the recruiting process.
Take over and independently handle the recruiting process.
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters and using newsgroups/jobsites.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with our managers.
Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
Independently discover and manage administrative operations that appear during you everyday work.
Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules.
You have at least two years of professional experience in recruiting and HR.
You have clear strategies for finding, approaching and closing talent in a highly competitive recruiting market.
You are very focused, well-organized and reliable.
You are comfortable with making decisions on your own.
You will work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted and exciting industry.
You will be part of a smart, ambitious and interdisciplinary team.
