We are looking for a highly motivated and sharp-witted **Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d)**, who rolls up his/her sleeves, to support us at our headquarter in Berlin.
Help us to achieve our goal: establish Tiger Facility Services as the to-go brand for high-quality facility management!
**What you will do:**
– Evaluate and model new business opportunities
– Understand our partners needs and work close with our product team to improve our Partner products
– Figure out new creative ways to improve partner acquisition
– Dive deep into data and come up with actionable analyses
– Find weaknesses in our processes and set up intelligent business processes
– You are a graduate (ideally in a business field) with 2-3 years of work experience in a startup environment
– Data speaks to you – you can draw solid conclusions from data
– You show entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals on time
– You have a positive can-do attitude, love having multiple projects running simultaneously and getting your hands dirty
– You’re fluent in English and German
