We believe in cities in which all people are enabled to embrace the full potential of urban life. That is why we are committed to creating the mobility solution that fully connects people to the city. After obtaining several million USD in funding from German and Silicon Valley investors, we launched our first product, an electric scooter with portable batteries, in late summer 2014.

We are a strong team of playfully inventive individuals who embrace urban life and strive for solutions that are perfect in a simple way. In 2015, we are on the lookout for like-minded people to join the team – people who make a difference.

your mission:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

interact with our customers on a daily basis and support them with their needs
actively participate in every online discussion about unu
monitor the web, find new communication channels and trigger exchange with us
develop effective communication concepts that improve our information flow with our users

YOUR PROFILE:

you identify yourself with unu’s vision and culture
you have prior experience in community management and/ or user support you are a very empathetic person, who cares to delight our users with the best possible solution
you are communicative, engaged and know how to moderate a dialogue
you know your way around the web, have experience with forums and communication tools
you are in fluent in german and english (french and more languages are a big plus)
