**Profiles We Are Looking For**
• University/Polytechnic upcoming or recent graduates
• Ideally, experience in human resources, executive search, sales or customer service
• Very good communication skills, confident in speaking to high calibre experts
• Ability to analyse and interpret data
• Ability to conduct primary and secondary research
• Strong team spirit, ability to work to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently, without supervision
• Very good writing skills, ideally experience in report writing/transcriptions
• Passionate about working in a growing company
• Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus

**Responsibilities**
• Identify and actively recruit top experts via various channels for projects
• Execute interviews/surveys with top experts
• Generate questionnaires/write-ups/reports to deliver findings to clients
• Work in a team to meet tight project deadlines
