You will get an overview of which Google services you can use, how they are integrated with products like Google Spreadsheets or Google AdWords.

At the end we’ll create a small script ourselves, so bring a laptop!

Our speaker, Simon von Rotenhan, works as a Project Manager at Google and uses Apps Script almost daily to automate tasks with some of Googles largest customers.

Paula and her crew run mobile think tanks, where innovators co-create solutions for the refugee crisis in Europe. Startupboat was among the first initiatives to digitize refugee camps in Greece with partners like Facebook, Google and the United Nations Refugee Agency.

Besides her work at Startupboat, Paula co-runs the Refugee Taskforce of the World Economic Forum, and serves as advisor to the Greek, Italian and German governments to give input on migration laws & policies.

She was named one of the “100 Real Leaders of Tomorrow” by Forbes Magazine for connecting tech-giants with grassroots initiatives that deal with the refugee crisis in Europe.

In this presentation we’ll cover Dynamic Remarketing in AdWords. We’ll start with a intro to Dynamic Remarketing followed by a basic setup of a dynamic remarketing tag, audience segmentation, and feed.

We’ll finish the presentation with a more in-depth technical explanation of the internals of how tagging, feeds, and audience lists work together, and discuss some of their strengths and limitations.

The first part of the presentation is a business talk and the foundation for the second part which is more technical.

Our speaker, Eric Pomeranz, is a Product Technical Manager at Google. He develops internal tools to provide support for dynamic remarketing to internal users.
